The Traverse Rescue Pillow is made of an easy clean vinyl and conveniently holds a Traverse blanket that can be takenout for victim warmth or the blanket can stay inside the case to be used as a pillow. The pillow has two Velcro attachment strips on the back to prevent it from slipping or falling out.
